Michael Poiroux, President and CEO; Michael has been involved in telecommunications management for over 12 years, starting with a small telecommunications firm in the early 90's and moving to the business telephone system industry more recently. At Reach, Michael oversees day-to-day operations and is the primary sales person for the company. He also maintains design and support certifications in VoIP technology from Nortel Networks and various certifications from Sound Advance and Sonance.

Dustin Strange, Vice-President and COO; Dustin has been involved in all aspects of business telephone systems including sales, service, installation, programming, and design for over 10 years. At Reach, Dustin is responsible for the day-to-day installation and service schedules and is primarily responsible for bidding cable jobs. He recently completed Panasonic KX-TDA training and has become manufacturer certified on the product.

Matthew Miller, Vice-President and CTO; Matthew has a background in computer networks including experience with servers and workstations. Before joining Reach Communications in August 2006, Matthew worked for a local firm as IT Director for over four years. Matthew is responsible for the design and installation of all computer network related equipment; he maintains VoIP certification in both design and support from Nortel Networks, and various other support certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, and CompTIA.
