At Reach we feel it is important, that each of our clients feel comfortable dealing with all of staff, from the receptionist and sales to our field technicians. If a client is not happy with the service provided, be assured that corrective action will be taken to resolve the issue.
Each technician carries with them a notebook computer for quick and efficient diagnosis of your issue. Should a part for your telephone system or computer network be needed, our field technicians also carry with them a limited inventory of the most commonly used parts. If the necessary part is not available in the field, we have a fully stocked warehouse ready to provide any part that may be necessary to repair your problem in a timely manner.
